Services for Dogs

Amy’s Happy Critters, Inc. specializes in midday walks for dogs. This service provides exercise, attention and potty breaks for your dog. It is especially useful if your dog is very young, older or just very active. Midday visits can provide a healthy outlet for your dogs energy and can help to prevent destructive chewing, bathroom accidents and boredom. I will walk your dog and reinforce any training that he/she has had or is getting or if you and your pet prefer I can spend the time playing indoors or outside in your fenced yard. You will receive a brief note during each visit that details your dogs activities and specifies the time of the visit.

I understand that your schedule may be different from day to day so there are several scheduling options available. You can schedule and pay for your visits on the first of each month and receive a 5% discount. If you prefer to schedule and pay by the week or even by the day that is also an option. I can be reached by phone, email or text during business hours and will make every effort to visit your pet at the requested time even at the last minute.

Midday walks are generally scheduled between 10:00am and 3:00pm. I also offer early visits between 7:00am and 10:00am and late visits between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. If you have to go somewhere directly from work, you can schedule a late visit instead of or in addition to you midday visit. This can help to maintain your pets schedule while allowing you the freedom to alter yours!

The first step to making your dog a Happy Critter is to schedule your free initial visit. This visit generally lasts 30 minutes to an hour but I will spend as much time as necessary to answer any questions you have and to make friends with your dog. After your dog, you and I have met you can schedule any of the services below. If you don’t see the service that you need just ask.

15 Minute visit: $12.50
30 Minute visit: $17.50
45 Minute visit: $22.50
1 Hour visit: $27.50

Pet Taxi: $15.00 one way-- price may vary for longer trips

*Use the AHC pet taxi service when you can’t drop off or pick up your pet from the groomer, kennel or vet.

Requirements:

The dog must be current on vaccinations
The dog must be manageable on the leash
The dog can not be aggressive towards or overly frightened of people
The dog must be healthy enough for the service requested
