Amy’s Happy Critters, Inc. is a professional pet sitting company. I, Amy DeFelice –Ryan, personally provide the care for your pet at each visit. I am insured and experienced and can provide references.

I have been an animal lover all of my life and am lucky enough to share my life with 3 dogs and 2 cats right now. (meet then on the AHC facebook page)

I will visit your pet no matter the weather. I have an SUV for winter weather driving and as a back up vehicle should I need it. If I have car trouble while on the road I can generally be in a rental car and back visiting critters in about an hour.

Leaving your pet and home in the care of someone else is no small decision. I am available by phone, email and text message to answer any questions you may have. I also offer a free in home visit and you are under no obligation to hire me. At this visit you and your pet can meet me and you can instruct me on exactly how you would like your pet and home cared for while you are away. I have experience securely managing client keys and alarm codes.

Should you choose to leave your pet in my care I can provide updates via phone, email or text message at each visit if you like or you can choose to be undisturbed knowing that no news is good news. I will leave a note showing the date and time I visited with a brief description of each visit. If your pet requires specific care and monitoring that information will be recorded as you wish.

At the initial interview I will take detailed information including your local vet and an emergency contact should you be unavailable. Should your pet require emergency veterinary care every effort will be made to contact you or your representative prior to providing the care. I have the availability to quickly locate the nearest emergency clinic through my phone in the event that your veterinarian is unavailable.
